Lilly Sinclair

Even from early childhood, Lilly Sinclair was intrigued by monsters in the closet, bumps in the night, and the darkest corners of the human mind.  In her writing, she creates tactile characters and delicate plot lines from a well of familiar subject matter that is sure to resonate with all horror fans. Her intention, however, is to provide a fresh perspective on these universal themes,  particularly through the use of archetypal role reversal.

"I've always been more attracted to and fascinated by the villian as opposed to the hero," she confesses. "No matter what the crisis, Superman will always be boring and predictable. But Lex Luthor?  Now there's a man who could show gal a wicked good time!"

Lilly was born and raised on a farm in Arkansas,  where she developed her love of  the outdoors.  "I especially enjoyed the forest on my parents' land. It was a special place for me to sneak off and read, and , as I grew older, write." Lilly still resides on the farm, along with her two Rottweilers, Mayhem and  Chaos.

Lilly's favorite and most influential authors are William Shakespeare, Edgar Allen Poe, H.P. Lovecraft, Stephen King, and Clive Barker. When she isn't writing, she enjoys sketching, painting, and photography. Lilly also plays co-lead guitar in a hometown metal band.
